Simac Technik ČR, a.s., has implemented an integrated management system based on a process approach in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. The company cooperates with the certification organization LL-C (Certification) Czech Republic, s.r.o.
Processes at Simac are managed according to a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. When providing services, the company follows the ISO/IEC 20000 standard (Information technology – Service management).
As part of the environmental management system implemented in accordance with ISO 14001, the company places great emphasis on environmentally friendly waste management and other environmental aspects of its activities. The company is a member of the REMA collective system, through which it fulfills its obligation to separately collect, take back, process, utilize, and dispose of electrical equipment or electrical waste to the extent required by the Waste Act and relevant implementing regulations.
The company has implemented and certified an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. The goal of information security is to ensure business continuity, minimize the risk of damage, implement preventive measures against security incidents, and reduce the potential impact of such incidents.
We have implemented an anti-corruption management system in accordance with ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery Management System). This certification confirms that we have effective anti-corruption procedures in place, including management responsibilities, risk assessment, control mechanisms, training, reporting channels, and internal audits—all with the aim of preventing, detecting, and addressing bribery.
The company holds an entrepreneur certificate that allows it access to classified information up to the CONFIDENTIAL level. The certificate is issued by the National Security Authority of the Czech Republic on the basis of Act No. 412/2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and security clearance.
Our company has established an internal reporting system and accepts reports in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the protection of whistleblowers. Reporting channels, along with a description of how to submit and track reports, can be found here. Only the relevant person may view the received report. All information provided is therefore completely secure.
