Simac Technik ČR, a.s. has implemented an integrated management system based on a process approach according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 37001 standards. The company cooperates with the certification organization LL-C (Certification) Czech Republic, s.r.o.
Processes at Simac are managed according to a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001. When providing service, the company follows the ISO/IEC 20000 standard (Information Technology – Service Management).
Within the environmental management system implemented in accordance with ISO 14001, the company places primary emphasis on ecological waste management and other environmental aspects of company activities. The company is a member of the REMA collective system, through which it fulfills its obligation for separate collection, take-back, processing, utilization, and disposal of electrical equipment and/or electronic waste to the extent required by the Waste Act and relevant implementing regulations.
The company has implemented and certified an Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001. The goal of information security is to ensure business continuity, minimize the risk of damage, implement preventive measures against security incidents, and reduce the potential impact of such incidents.
We have implemented an anti-corruption management system in accordance with ISO 37001 (Anti-bribery Management System). This certification confirms that we have effective anti-corruption procedures in place, including management responsibilities, risk assessment, control mechanisms, training, reporting channels, and internal audits – all aimed at preventing, detecting, and addressing bribery.
The company holds a business security clearance that allows access to classified information up to CONFIDENTIAL level. The certificate is issued by the National Security Authority of the Czech Republic pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll., on Protection of Classified Information and Security Clearance.
Our company has established an internal reporting system and accepts reports pursuant to Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on Whistleblower Protection. Only the designated person can access the received report. All provided information is therefore completely secure.
