Tomáš Kudělka
Tomáš Kudělka is the CEO of Simac Technik ČR. He assumed his role in January 2025, taking over leadership of the company with more than 25 years of professional experience in IT and technology consulting. Prior to his current position at Simac Technik ČR, he worked for renowned international companies. His previous key roles include Director of the Technology Team at KPMG Czech Republic, where he led projects in IT strategy, cybersecurity, and IT architecture design. He also previously built and managed a global IT center at Diebold Nixdorf and served as Technical Director at Simac Technik.
Ivo Němeček
Ivo is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of experience in information technology and network solutions. As Technical Director at Simac Technik ČR, he is responsible for designing and developing data infrastructures and modern IT solutions for key corporate clients. He previously spent a significant part of his career at Cisco Czech Republic, where he held technical and leadership roles with deep focus on IP networks, cybersecurity, and strategic technologies.
Daniel Merhaut
Daniel returned to Simac in 2025 after seven years at the multinational analytical and consulting company Gartner, where he led the regional sales team for Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania. He helped CIOs, CISOs, and CDAOs make informed decisions based on data from global companies. He connects technical expertise with practical understanding of customers' business needs. He brings a systematic approach and sales development through inspiration from other customers to his role.
Martin Jireček
Martin is an experienced IT professional with many years of practice in enterprise IT solutions and technology services. His career focuses on managing complex projects, developing customer solutions, and connecting technologies with business goals. He brings a combination of professional expertise, structured management, and strong emphasis on quality of delivered solutions to his role.
Dušan Chmelíček
Dušan is a trained lawyer, seasoned leader, with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Throughout his career, he has worked in both private and public sectors, including positions such as a member of the Global Payments board, Deputy Minister of Information Technology, and CEO of Czech Television.
Radovan Polanský
Radovan is an experienced IT consultant in digital transformation and business process automation with 20 years of experience in developing innovative technologies in the enterprise segment. He spent a significant part of his career in technical and leadership roles focused on research and innovation in data centers and private cloud solutions. He combines deep technical knowledge in cloud technologies, digitalization, and automation with practical understanding of business processes.
PASSENGERA s.r.o.
Passengera, s.r.o. is a joint project of Simac Technik ČR, a.s. and Victrix, s.r.o. focused on the development, sale, and operation of an information and entertainment portal (platform) in vehicles worldwide. The company was founded in August 2015 and aims to improve travel aboard vehicles through the most advanced information and entertainment platform on the market.
